Interview: Lindi Mngaza

What did you really think of Lucinda as a project manager?

She pleasantly surprised me, as she'd done absolutely nothing up until now. She'd done nothing but cry, act like a victim and cause arguments. As soon as she was project manager, she was good. She wasn't amazing, but she did the job well. Slow, laid-back, nice management style.

When she's a member of a team she's also slow and laid-back, and when you're trying to achieve something it's really hard to carry someone. But I think that's the reason she stayed, because she was a decent project manager.

A lot of other people on her team seemed to be very impressed with her too.

God yeah, because we expected her to be awful! That she'd do nothing and start crying.

Even Helene seemed to respect her.

I think that's great for Helene, separating business from personal stuff. Do a task, get it done, and do what you can to blow the other team out of the water.
