Jonathan Ross slams Norton
Jonathan Ross has blasted Graham Norton's new Saturday night show, branding it "not good enough".
The talk show host slammed Norton's 'Totally Saturday' family programme, which has already slumped to just 2.9 million viewers since launching earlier this month.
Speaking on his radio show, Ross said: "What have we got on TV over the weekend? We had Graham Norton's 'Totally Saturday'. Well that's not good enough. Poor Graham. I feel for him when I watch that show.
"It even makes that series John Barrowman was in ['Tonight's The Night'] look like a work of genius - and I was watching that for all the wrong reasons."
Ross is reportedly furious BBC executives gave Norton a chat show aimed at competing with his own 'Friday Night with Jonathan Ross'.
The 48-year-old star and the camp comic have been rivals for years. Ross is the BBC's highest earning star, with a contract for £18 million over three years, while Norton is the second highest, earning £7.4 million for the same time period.
