Leo Sayer has taken on the role of house hero, saving former S Club 7 singer Jo O'Meara from the clutches of mock rocker Donny Tourette.

When Big Brother announced the bedroom door was open, the housemates made a mad dash to secure their spot, but with only 10 beds and 11 housemates, someone was going to have to share.

Jo bagsied the double, only to realise the only housemate not to have grabbed a bed was Donny, who was left behind in the kitchen.

Facing the prospect of sharing with him, Jo announced: "I'm not sharing with Donny. I'd rather sleep on the floor. I can't sleep with a guy like that."

Leo heroically came to her rescue, offering to swap, but was later forced from slumber by a naked Donny.

Visiting the Diary Room, Leo told Big Brother: "I can't sleep. I have a naked man in my bed."

"Donny's alright, but seeing him sprawled stark naked is not appealing," he said, before setting up camp on the sofa in the living area.

Earlier Donny tried his luck with disgraced beauty queen Danielle Lloyd. "Are you gonna get involved with me?" he asked her.

"No, I bloody well am not," she responded, before confiding to H, "He scares me... please make sure Donny is not near me in the bedroom."

He also tried to plant a kiss on Cleo Rocos' lips, but she deftly avoided his advances.
