The 23-year-old American had come into the house with the intention of winning back his former lover, and had been successful in rekindling their romance.

But the episode turned viewers against 25-year-old Noirin, from Dublin, was was evicted in the public vote while facing Marcus - whose rather persistent advances she had spurned.

Noirin had only just begun canoodling with popular housemate Siavash when her old flame Isaac was introduced to the house as a replacement for Tom - who also walked out.

Isaac and Noirin had made a pact that he would walk out if she was evicted, and he appeared on Big Brother's Little Brother halfway through the show.

He is the fourth housemate to walk this series, following Saffia, Kenny and Tom.
