Madonna documentary shown at Cannes
Madonna has introduced a screening of her documentary about the devastating effects of Aids in Malawi, saying the film was a "labour of love".
The hard-hitting movie, I Am Because We Are, was screened in Cannes.
Featuring interviews with Bill Clinton among others, the movie shows a stark picture of desperate poverty and children orphaned by Aids.
It also highlights how education can help the situation.

Madonna received a round of applause as she entered the building.
The cinema audience included film star Sharon Stone.
Madonna said: "To say that this film is a labour of love is true, but that's kind of trivial because really what it is, is a journey of a lifetime."
Director Nathan Rissman told the audience that it was amazing to have someone like Madonna believe in him.
He said: "I'm so excited to be here."
Earlier, Madonna arrived on the red carpet outside the screening of Che during the 61st Cannes Film Festival.
