Good news travels fast and this week, the whole Square is celebrating the news that Stacey Slater's agreed to marry Bradley Branning. Everyone that is, apart from Max Branning of course. Max stirs up trouble for all concerned, suggesting to Stacey's mum Jean that the planned speedy ceremony could be a shotgun wedding and then even suggesting to Dot that Jean's bi-polar condition could be passed on to Stacey.
Desperate Max ends the week on a low when he tries to chat up a lady he meets in the café, who then turns out to be his wife Tanya's new supplier. Will he finally be exposed as the cad he really is?
